Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Plain flour
- 4 ounce Oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 3/4 tsp Cream of tartar pn Salt pn Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter Freshly soured lowfat milk *Or possibly* . buttermilk, as required
Direcciones
- Sift the dry ingredients and rub in the butter. Make into a dough using sufficient lowfat milk. Turn on to a floured board and knead lightly.
