Receta Filled Hamburger Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 med. white onions
- 1 tomato, frzn, grated
- 1 med. green pepper
- 1 egg, hard boiled
- 1/2 T roasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 T poppy seed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 T yogurt
- 1 T steak sauce
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon pomegranate seed
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander, grnd
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Wash meat in hot water; drain well. Chop onions fine. Set aside one cooked egg and one white onion. Mix meat with grated tomato and other ingredients and form into 10 balls. Flatten to 4 inch patties.Put cut onions and a piece of egg on 5 patties, cover with remaining meat patties and cook in non-stick skillet for 3 min each side. Drain on paper towel and serve hot with a cucumber yogurt sauce.
