Receta Fish Souvlaki

Ingredientes
- 1 kg fish fillets
- 1 x onions, medium
- 1 x green capsicum
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 tsp lemon juice salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Cut fish into 3 cm squares. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add in fish and marinate 2 hrs.
- Cut onion and capsicum into 2 cm squares.
- Thread onto metal skewers, alternating fish with onion and capsicum.
- Oil a tray and lay fish on top. Moisten fish with marinade.
- Grill on BBQ or possibly cook under a warm grill, turning and brushing with marinade till cooked through (about 6 min).
- Serve on a bed of rice pilaf and glaze with hollandaise sauce.
