Receta Fish Taco
Tasty, nutritious and EASY!
Ingredientes
- 2 T low sodium taco seasoning
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/2 head shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 c + 1 T cider vinegar
- 3 T sugar divided
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- Spray canola oil
Direcciones
- For the cabbage: Combine cider vinegar, 1 T sugar, salt and olive oil stirring until sugar and salt dissolve. Mix with shredded cabbage. Stir in remaining 2 T sugar. Allow to sit at least 30 min. to wilt.
- For the fish: Combine taco seasoning, sugar and flour. Slice cod fillets into finger sized pieces. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. spray non-stick pan with canola oil. saute fish over medium heat until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Heat tortillas in a small skillet until warm and flexible. Add fish fillet and top with sweet & sour red cabbage.
