Receta Basic Salad Dressing
This is a basic go-to dressing that can be customized for any vegetable.
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. vinegar, any kind
- 1/4 c. oil, olive, vegetable or canola
- 1 T. minced onion (you can also choose chive, shallot or 1/2 t. garlic)
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 t. mustard (any kind)
- Depending on your salad greens and availability you may also use 1T fresh herb or 1/2 t. dry herb.
Direcciones
- Whisk all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator in an airtight jar.
