This is a basic go-to dressing that can be customized for any vegetable.

  • 1 T. minced onion (you can also choose chive, shallot or 1/2 t. garlic)
  • 1 t. sugar

  • 1 t. mustard (any kind)
  • Depending on your salad greens and availability you may also use 1T fresh herb or 1/2 t. dry herb.
