Name: Fishermans Grotto Famous Salad Dressing
Ingredients: 2 c. good quality mayonnaise; 1 c. sweet chilli sauce, (any variety); 1/4 c. chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to two limes, juice of; 1 stk celery, minced; 2 x pickled cucumbers, minced; 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce; 1 Tbsp. horseradish, (1 to 2) salt to taste

Ingredientes

2 c. good quality mayonnaise
1 c. sweet chilli sauce, (any variety)
1/4 c. chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to two limes, juice of
1 stk celery, minced
2 x pickled cucumbers, minced
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. horseradish, (1 to 2) salt to taste

Direcciones

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process quickly, just till all the ingredients are well mixed and the dressing is smooth. Don't process!
Keep chilled for up to two months.
