- 1 med Plum tomato, seeded and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
- 1 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 9 x Melba rounds or possibly toasts
Direcciones
- In small bowl, combine tomato, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr and black pepper. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. tomato mix onto each melba round.
