Ingredientes
- Cheese sauce:
- 1 Tbl canola oil
- 1 Tbl flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- London Broil or top round steak
- sub buns
- green pepper

Direcciones
- Cheese sauce:
- Combine 1 Tbl flour with oil and heat together
- add warm milk by whisking in
- add provolone cheese
- melt down
- add cayenne pepper
- Place meat in freezer for 30 mins so that it is easier to slice very thin
- Slice meat into thin strips
- Cook on stovetop on medium heat in 1 Tbl olive oil
- Meat will sear and cook quickly
- pepper meat as it cooks
- slice onions and peppers and cook on stovetop over medium/high heat until tender and brown.
- Heat buns in oven to warm
- Assemble cheesesteaks and enjoy
