- 5 1/2 c. non-fat lowfat sour cream
- 8 x diced plum tomatoes
- 2 x mashed avocados sprinkled with lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. liquid removed, minced mild green chili peppers

- Using a 13 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish or possibly pan, layer the ingredients in order from beans to tomatoes. Dig in with baked tortilla chips.
