Receta Five Spice Beef And Noodles

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 350 gm Lean rump or possibly sirloin steak, cut into strips (12 ounce)
- 1 x Courgette, cut into sticks
- 1 x Red pepper, sliced
- 100 gm Beansprouts, (4 ounce)
- 100 gm Egg noodles, (4 ounce)
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 2 tsp Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 150 ml Beef stock, (1/4 pint)
Direcciones
- Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 min. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 min.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.
- Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add in to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Stir in the noodles and serve.
