Receta Flathead With Lemon Butter

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Water
- 1 lb Fresh flathead fillets
- 1/2 c. Melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
Direcciones
- In frypan bring water to boil; add in flathead. Cover & simmer 6-8 min. Carefully remove fish from water. In small bowl blend butter, lemon juice & parsley. Serve immediately with Lemon Butter.
