Receta Flounder Fillet Or Scallops (In Bakingdish)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 - 2 pound flounder or possibly scallops
- 4 T light butter
- 4 - 6 T flavored bread crumbs
- Sprinkle of garlic pwdr
- 1/2 fresh lemon
- Sliced tomatoes and onion
- 1/2 teaspoon - 1 T extra virgin olive oil with sm. amount vinegar
- Rice
- Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and garlic pwdr over flounder or possibly scallops and butter. Squeeze lemon over all. Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (or possibly to taste). Serve with sliced tomatoes and small amount of sliced onion. Pour extra virgin olive oil over this with vinegar. Rice with soy sauce to taste. Serves 4 to 5.
