Receta Flourless Chocolate Cake
this is like eating a chocolate truffle
Ingredientes
- 10 oz quality coarsely chopped chocolate
- 7 oz plus 1 Tbls unsalted butter cut up
- 5 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa for dusting pan
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Butter 9" springform pan and dust with cocoa.
- If springform pan is not watertight wrap outside with foil up to rim.
- Melt butter and chocolate in microwave & stir til smooth.
- In medium bowl whisk together eggs and sugar, then whisk in chocolate/butter til smooth and well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Put into larger pan and pour enough hot water to come 1/2 way up the side of the cake pan.
- Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Serve with Ice cream, or whipped cream and a good port!
