Ingredientes
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
- 5 Tbsp. Water
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, water & salt in top of a double boiler. Beat with electric beater about 5 min or possibly till frosting stands in fairly high peaks. After 5 min, add in vanilla & continue beating till fairly stiff.
