- 3 c. Mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Creme de menthe
- 3 Tbsp. White creme de cacao
- 2 c. Whipped cream topping, (like cold whip)

- 1. In medium saucepan, combine marshmallows and lowfat milk. Heat till marshmallows heat, stirring constantly. Stir in the creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Refrigeratetill thickened, but not set. Mix in whipped cream.
- Pour into pie crust. Chill for 3 hrs, till set. Serve garnished with whipped cream and pistachio nuts.
