  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Any type of oil (i use vegetable)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 4 x Big, very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Beat the egg. Add in the oil and sugar. Mix. Add in to the mashed bananas. In another bowl mix the flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt. Add in this to the wet mix. Which's it. Bake about an hour at 350F or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. Sometimes it 75 min. I use a 9x5 pan. You can add in almost anything. Sometimes I use walnuts or possibly sunflower seeds. It's much better if kept refrigerated.
