Ingredientes
- 1 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Cocoa, divided
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, Skim
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 c. Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 3/4 c. Warm Water
Direcciones
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 Tbsp. cocoa, and salt. Stir in the lowfat milk, oil and vanilla till smooth. Spread in an un-greased 9-inch square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour warm water over all; don't stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Serve hot. Top with whipped cream or possibly ice cream if you like.
