Receta Four Way Cincinnati Chili

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. Minced onion, divided
- 1 c. Minced green pepper
- 20 ml Garlic, chopped
- 1 lb Grnd round
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/2 tsp Dry whole marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 stk cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 can Whole tomatoes - undrained, minced
- 4 1/2 c. Warm cooked spaghetti
- 3/4 c. Shredded reduced fat cheddar, cheese
- 36 x Oyster crackers
Direcciones
- 1. Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium- high heat till warm. Add in 2 c. onion and the next 3 ingredients; cook till meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
- 2. Add in grnd cinnamon and next 7 ingredients. Cook 1 minute. Add in salt and pepper and tomatoes; simmer, uncovered 20 min.
- 3. To serve, arrange spaghetti on individual serving plates. Spoon chili over spaghetti, top with cheese and remaining 1 1/2 c. onions. Serve with crackers.
