Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 2 1/2 c. White grape juice
- 2 x Cinnamon sticks, each 1 - 2 inches long
- 1 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream alternative, or possibly plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 x To 3 tbs. all-fruit sweetener, depending on sweetness of fruit
- 1 c. Fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1 c. Fresh or possibly frzn raspberries or possibly strawberries
Direcciones
- Soften gelatin in 1/2 c. juice. Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine remaining juice, cinnamon sticks and sweetener. Bring to boil and simmer 5 min. Remove cinnamon sticks. Blend in softened gelatin and lowfat sour cream alternative. Refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken. Mix in fruits and pour into deep glass bowl or possibly into a 4 c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard.
