%20informing%20me%20they%20were%20going%20to%20move%20the%20wedding%20to%20this%20December.%20%20My%20good%20place%20bailed%20on%20me%20and%20jumped%20out%20the%20window.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20am%20not%20upset%20that%20they%20moved%20up%20the%20wedding%20date%20but%20I%20am%20STRESSED!!!!!!%20%20All%20of%20a%20sudden,%20a%20wedding%20that%20was%20going%20to%20take%20months%20and%20months%20to%20plan,%20prepare%20and%20pull%20together,%20now%20has%20to%20be%20done%20in%20a%20matter%20of%20weeks.%20%20Plus,%20the%20wedding%20is%20right%20after%20Christmas%20so%20we%20get%20to%20mix%20in%20all%20the%20normal%20Holiday%20stress%20with%20Wedding%20stress.%20%20I%20pray%20I%20come%20out%20the%20end%20of%20this%20still%20sane.%20%20I%20have%20my%20doubts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20sandwiches%20are%20exactly%20what%20I%20needed%20in%20my%20freezer%20%20during%20all%20this%20crazy%20stress.%20%20I%20needed%20something%20my%20kids%20could%20pull%20out%20of%20the%20freezer%20and%20make%20for%20themselves%20before%20school.%20%20They%20seriously%20only%20take%20a%20few%20minutes%20to%20make%20and%20cost%20significantly%20less%20than%20what%20you%20would%20buy%20them%20for%20at%20the%20store.%20%20I%20can%20make%2024%20for%20pretty%20close%20to%20what%20a%20box%20of%206%20of%20the%20brand%20name%20ones%20cost.%20%20I%20buy%20my%20ingredients%20from%20Wal%20Mart%20because%20they%20sell%20large%20bags%20of%2012%20english%20muffins%20in%20the%20refrigerator%20section%20that%20are%20much%20cheaper%20than%20other%20brands.%20%20I%20also%20use%20their%20big%20bags%20of%20turkey%20sausage%20patties%20in%20the%20freezer%20section%20which%20again,%20are%20much%20cheaper%20and%20for%20me,%20that%20means%20better%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHomemade%20Breakfast%20Freezer%20Sandwiches%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(makes%2024%20freezer%20sandwiches)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%20%20Generously%20spray%20a%20large%20jelly%20roll%20pan%20(13%20x18%20inch)%20with%20nonstick%20spray.%20%20Beat%20together%20the%20eggs,%20milk,%20salt%20and%20pepper%20until%20completely%20combined%20then%20pour%20into%20the%20greased%20pan.%20%20Bake%20for%2020-25%20minutes%20until%20the%20center%20is%20firm%20when%20you%20shake%20the%20pan%20and%20doesn't%20wiggle.%20%20Cut%20the%20eggs%20into%2024%20even%20squares%20by%20cutting%20four%20even%20rows%20down%20the%20length%20and%20six%20even%20rows%20across%20the%20width.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20Lay%20out%20the%20english%20muffins%20across%20your%20countertop,%20layer%20a%20sausage%20patty,%20a%20slice%20of%20cheese%20and%20then%20one%20of%20the%20egg%20squares.%20%20Top%20it%20and%20then%20tightly%20wrap%20each%20sandwich%20individually%20with%20plastic%20wrap%20before%20freezing.%20%20To%20prepare%20them%20to%20eat,%20unwrap%20the%20sandwich%20then%20remove%20the%20english%20muffin%20and%20place%20it%20in%20the%20toaster.%20%20Put%20the%20inside%20of%20the%20sandwich%20on%20a%20plate%20and%20microwave%20for%2045%20seconds,%20flip%20it%20over%20then%2045%20more%20seconds.%20%20Reassemble.%20%20Alternatively,%20you%20could%20also%20warm%20the%20whole%20sandwich%20in%20the%20microwave%20wrapped%20in%20a%20paper%20towel,%20for%201%20minute%20on%20each%20side%20but%20we%20prefer%20the%20toaster%20method.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
