  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar it is optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • butter for frying
  • maple syrup or you can use other topping
  • 10 to 12 slices of white bread

Direcciones

  1. Break eggs into bowl beat it nicely with help of spoon . Stir in sugar, salt, and milk.
  2. heat pan and add butter to it.
  3. Place the bread slices, one at a time, into the bowl letting slices soak up egg mixture for a few seconds then to coat the other side.
  4. Soak slices as you will be cooking at one time.
  5. Transfer bread slices to pan heating slowly until it is golden brown.
  6. Turn to other side heat it nicely . Serve French toast hot with butter and syrup.
