Receta Fresh Apple Nut Cake

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups pecans (chopped)
  • 2 cups fresh apples (chopped)
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 table spoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 table spoons baken powder
  • 1 table spoon baken soda

Direcciones

  1. sift all dry ingredents together
  2. mix sugar and oil together
  3. slowly blend dry ingredents in sugar/oil mixture
  4. alternating vanilla and eggs
  5. add apples and pecans
  6. then mix well
  7. pour mixture in well greased bundt pan
  8. then bake at 350 dregrees for 1 hour.
