- 1 med Apple Core, Cut In Chunks
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Slivered Almonds
- 1 Tbsp. Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice Celery Sticks

- Makes 16 (1 tbsp) servings
- In a food processor bowl, with metal blade, combine all ingredients except celery sticks. Process with 10 to 12 on/off pulses till mix is coarsely minced. Serve with celery sticks, or possibly ginger snaps, or possibly Graham Crackers. Store in refrigerator.
