Receta Fresh Coconut Milk

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Fresh grated cocnut
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 1/4 c. Shredded dry packaged coconut( unsweetened )
- 1 1/4 c. Boiling water
Direcciones
- Pour boiling water over freshly grated coconut meat. Let set several min. Place in blender and carefully puree mix. Strain through cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid as possible. Throw away coconut. Cold mix and cover and chill. Use within a day or possibly two. Or possibly freeze for later use.
- Note: use as you would for any coconut lowfat milk recipe, Indian cooking etc.
