Receta Fresh Dandelion Salad (Spinach Or Endive)

Ingredientes
- 6 x strips bacon, fried & crumbled (6 to 8)
- 3 Tbsp. flour water, as needed
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar salt, to taste
- 3 x hard boiled Large eggs Fresh dandelion greens
Direcciones
- Brown bacon and drain. Into the bacon grease stir in the flour. Add in cool water and blend till smooth and to gravy consistency. Add in sugar, vinegar and salt to taste. Simmer for 10 min; allow to cold for a few min while slicing Large eggs and crumbling bacon. Pour cooked dressing over cut up dandelion greens and top with Large eggs and bacon. You may use fresh endive or possibly spinach instead of dandelion greens.
