Receta Fresh Fruit And Yogurt Tortilla Cups

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 5 x flour tortillas (8") nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 c. sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. fresh peach slices
- 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pt vanilla nonfat frzn yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. planters sliced almonds toasted
Direcciones
- Blend sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mix. Press each coated tortilla into 8 oz custard c. to create a c.. Bake at 350 degrees f for 12 to 14 min or possibly till lightly golden brown and crisp. Cold 5 min in c.. Remove from c.; cold completely on wire rack. Mix strawberries peaches raspberries honey and lemon juice. Scoop yogurt into tortilla c. top with fruit mix and sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
