Ingredientes
- 2 c. Canned tomatoes, liquid removed and roughly minced
- 6 Tbsp. Finely diced fresh tomato
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Chopped spanish onion
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp Chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp (heaping) coarse salt
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Pickled jalapeno chile juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp Finely diced serrano chile
- 1/4 c. Ticed canned green chiles
- 6 Tbsp. Finely diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 pch Grnd oregano
- 1 pch Grnd cumin
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a ceramic or possibly glass bowl. Mix well, cover, and chill overnight. Serve at room temperature.
