Receta Fresh Herb Marinated Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 sm garlic head peeled
- 2 c. fresh herbs, such as cilantro, basil, parsley, tarragon, dill, or possibly thyme
- 3/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Coarse salt Freshly grnd pepper
- 12 x jumbo shrimp - (abt 1 1/2 lbs)
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbs, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Store, refrigerated in an airtight container, up to 1 day. Add in shrimp, and marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat a charcoal or possibly gas grill. Remove shrimp from marinade, and grill over medium heat for 1 to 2 min per side.
- Serves 4.
