Receta Fresh Jowar Bread ( Bhakri )

Ingredientes
- 300 gm jowar flour water to mix
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Make a stiff dough with the flour and water as needed.
- Divide it into portions the size of a table tennis ball.
- Line a flat surface with a small plastic sheet. (A cut up carrier bag will do.)
- Take a portion of the dough roll it into a ball and place it on the plastic sheet.
- Wet your hands with water and pat the ball into a thick flat disc keeping the disc wet at all times.
- Heat a griddle and place the disc on it.
- Sprinkle with some of the sesame seeds.
- When the bottom is crisp turn over and cook the other side.
- Remove when crisp and cooked.
- Cook all the bhakris in the same way
- Bhakris must be eaten warm so try and make them as close to meal time as possible.
- Serves 4
