Receta Fresh Pasta with Prawns and Lemon~~~
You can never go wrong with Fresh Pasta and Simple fresh Flavors and Fabulous Prawns..It"s A Party in your Mouth~~~
Ingredientes
- 1lb of fresh Pasta,cut into tagliolini
- 1/2 cups olive oil
- 2 Lemons, 1 zested
- 3 cups course bread crumbs
- 2 lb Prawns-peeled and deveined
- freshly ground pepper-to taste
- 3 tsp finely minced fresh garlic
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1tsp anchovy paste
- 1/2 cup capers
- 3 tbs chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- Kosher salt to taste
- Grated Parmigiano -Reggiano Cheese for serving
Direcciones
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat ,salt water,cook pasta about 3-4 minutes drain and set aside reserving 1 cup cooking water
- pour 1 cup olive oil into small saucepan ,using knife cut peel off 1 lemon ,add peel to pot
- set over medium heat until just warm.remove pan from heat ,let stand for 10 minutes ,strain lemon oil and set aside
- Wipe out Saute pan,set over medium heat,warm 1 tbs lemon oil ,add bread crumbs.cook stirring till brown and toasted,transfer to paper towel lined plate
- Wipe saute pan,over medium heat,add 1tbs lemon oil ,add half the prawns cook until pink and opaque ,remove to plate and cook the remaining prawns,add to plate and toss with prawns with lemon juice
- In saute pan,warm 1 tbs lemon oil,add anchovy paste,stir till fragrant ,about 10 seconds
- add 1/2 cup cooking water,pasta ,capers and lemon peel,stir till heated through
- adding more cooking water as needed
- Transfer to platter ,toss with prawns
- Bread crumbs and parsley,Drizzlewith with lemon oil ,sprinkle with cheese
