Receta Fresh Spinach And Mushroom Salad

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce fresh spinach, rinsed, liquid removed, and torn into bite-size pcs
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 med. red onion, sliced
- 2 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 6 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- Freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- In large salad bowl put together spinach, mushrooms, onion, and blue cheese; set aside. In small jar put together garlic, salt, thyme, oil, and vinegar. Shake well. Pour over salad and toss lightly. Serve with freshly grnd pepper. Makes 4 servings.
