Ingredientes
- 2 lb Squash, yellow
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt, ds Sugar,*
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Butter (or possibly marg.), melted

- * Use your favorite sugar substitute Wash squash and cut into 1-1/2" slices. Place in saucepan with onion, salt, and sugar; add in 1/2 c. water. Cover tightly and steam about 10 min. Add in butter and stir gently.

- NOTE: This would be excellent way to fix squash for the diabetic. All so I would cut down on the margarine.
