- 2 lb asparagus
- 1 c. flour
- 1 x 12 oz can of beer salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, seasoned salt and Italian seasoning to taste extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour and seasonings together. Add in beer to dry ingredients, mixing slowly till thick sufficient to cling to asparagus. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pcs. Heat extra virgin olive oil. Deep fry the coated asparagus in 2 inches of extra virgin olive oil till golden, turning once.
