Receta Fried Bass Cakes

Ingredientes
- 8 med bass halves
- 4 c. diced potatoes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Tobasco sauce
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Chop bass into small pcs. Boil diced potatoes till soft, drain, and mash. Add in all ingredients except bass and blend till well mixed. Add in bass and mix lightly. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet and drop mix by Tbsp. into skillet. Turn once. When both sides are browned, serve warm.
