Receta Chicken With Lemon And Sage

Ingredientes
- 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
- 4 x Skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 4 x Spring onions, diagonally sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Freshly minced sage Grated rind and juice of 1/2-1 lemon
- 1 x 200 gram car creme fraiche, (7 fl ounce)
- 2 tsp Cornflour, blended with
- 1 Tbsp. Cool water Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken and garlic for 12-15 min, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Add in the onions, most of the sage, lemon rind and juice, creme fraiche, blended cornflour and seasoning. Cook for a further 4-5 min, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, sprinkle with the remaining sage and serve with long grain and wild rice.
- NOTES : A lightly-flavoured dish perfect for summer.
