Receta Fried Fish Cakes

Ingredientes
- 3 c. potatoes, medium
- 1 x onions, medium
- 300 gm fish fillets
- 1 c. mixed vegetables, frzn
- 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper salt, pepper
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Peel and boil potatoes till tender. Mash well.
- Poach or possibly steam fish. Flake fine.
- Dice onion.
- Combine the potato, onion, cooked fish and mixed vegetables and spices, make spoonfuls into patties, and flatten. Roll them in egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown patties on both sides. Drain well.
- Serve warm with tatare sauce, tomato sauce lemon wedges and salad.
- Serves 4.
