I love quick and simple recipes. It saves time, money and effort. This dry dish is so simple, tasty and succulent.
Ingredientes
- 1 kg. mutton, cut up
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp. garlic paste (5 cloves)
- 1 tbsp. ginger paste (1 inch)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. MSG
- 1/2 c oil
Direcciones
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a pan.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender and water is dried up.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Open the pan and add salt and oil.
- Shalow fry the meat for 5 minutes each side.
