  • 1 can beef broth (more if desired)
  • 1 large can tomato soup
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 t oregeno
  • 1/2 t Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb seasoning

Direcciones

  1. 1. Precook the carrots in the beef broth (I cook them so elderly inlaws can eat them easily)
  2. 2. Brown pork chops in oil Make sure to brown both sides.
  3. 3. Place carrots in bottom of large pot.
  4. 4. Add chops on top of carrots
  5. 5. Mix tomato soup with beef broth and pour over chops and carrots
  6. 6. Add oregeno, Mrs. Dash and salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Bring to a boil and then simmer slowly for at least an hour.
  8. 8. 15 minutes before serving, add sour cream and allow it to spread thorougly through the sauce.
