Receta Fried Rice With Basil (Khao Pad Krapow)

Ingredientes
- 1 x garlic clove, finely minced
- 3 sm fresh red or possibly green chiles, finely minced
- 1 c. fresh button mushrooms, halved
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 sm bundle long green beans cut into 1/2" pcs
- 1 sm red or possibly green pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 15 x sweet basil leaves
Direcciones
- In a wok or possibly frying pan/skillet, heat the oil till a light haze appears. Add in the garlic and chiles and fry till the garlic is golden. Add in the mushrooms and onions and stir quickly. Add in the cooked rice and stir thoroughly. Add in the long beans, peppers, sugar and light soy sauce and stir thoroughly. At the last moment quickly stir in the basil leaves and turn on to a serving dish.
