  1. Cook pasta separately, drain. Use the food coloring to color the small rings green, set both pastas aside.
  2. Beat Large eggs till frothy and combine with sugar, flour, salt and juice from the mandarin oranges. Place this egg, sugar, juice mix in a saucepan, and heat till thick and frothy.
  3. Pour over the pastas and mix well. Chill till well chilled. Blend in Cold whip and mandarin oranges.
