Receta Frosted Brownie Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 box (3 1/2 c.) powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Blend water, butter and cocoa in pan and heat to boiling. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add in to cocoa mix, mixing well. Stir in large eggs. Add in buttermilk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 min. Spread with frosting while cake is hot.Frosting: Heat buttermilk and butter to boiling. Pour over sugar and cocoa which have been sifted together. Beat till creamy. Add in pecans and vanilla.
