Receta Frozen Berry And Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 c. lowfat yoghurt, natural
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 tsp gelatine pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 pun strawberries
- 1/2 pun raspberries
- 1/2 pun blackberries, fresh
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs and honey with electric mixer till thick and light in colour, beat in lowfat yoghurt and lemon rind. Sprinkle gelatine over combined lemon juice and water, dissolve over warm water, cold slightly, beat into lowfat yoghurt mix.
- Puree berries with sugar, combine with half the lowfat yoghurt mix. Pour remaining half of lowfat yoghurt mix ito a loaf tin, (base measures 12cm x 22cm). Pour raspberry mix into lowfat yoghurt in tin, swirl together lightly with a fork.
- Cover with plastic food wrap, then wrap in aluminium foil.
- Freeze overnight.
