Receta Frozen Bouillon Cubes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Homade vegetable stock
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine, vermouth, or possibly Sherry
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 2 x Shallots, minced
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and simmer till reduced to 1 c.. Remove bay leaf and shallots. Pour liquid into ice cube trays and freeze. After frzn, store in zip-lock bags in freezer.
