Receta Frozen Chocolate And Peanut Dessert

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 c. Unsifted powdered sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (6-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Salted peanuts
- 1/2 gal Ice cream, softened Additional peanuts for topping
Direcciones
- Heat 1/4 c. butter. Mix with crumbs and press into a 9x13 pan. Beat together 1/2 c. butter and sugar till creamy. Beat Large eggs, 1 at a time, then beat in chocolate. Mix in peanuts. Mix sugar mix and chocolate mix together and spread over crust. Freeze. Spread ice cream over chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze. Serve with your favorite chocolate sauce.
