Receta Frozen Strawberry Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 ct (24-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Sugar (up to 1/3 c. more if strawberries are not sweet)
- 1/2 c. Drambuie
- 1 quart Fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled Extra strawberries for garnish
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together in food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
- (May have to fold in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or possibly wine glasses.
- Freeze about 4 hrs. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw about 20 min before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if you like.
- Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
