Ingredientes

  • 1 ct (24-ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar (up to 1/3 c. more if strawberries are not sweet)
  • 1/2 c. Drambuie
  • 1 quart Fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled Extra strawberries for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
  2. (May have to fold in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or possibly wine glasses.
  3. Freeze about 4 hrs. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw about 20 min before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if you like.
  4. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
