Receta Frozen Strawberry Sour Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 pt Strawberries
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Wash strawberries; remove and throw away caps. Puree berries in blender or possibly food processor; set aside. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs and sugar till thick and creamy, 4 to 5 min. Stir in pureed berries, lowfat sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into ice cream canister.
- Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
- Makes about 2 qts.
