  • 1 c. Bran cereal
  • 1 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Raisins or possibly dates, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Veggie oil
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400^. Spray muffin tins with non-stick coating agent. Mix bran cereal amd fruit in mixing bowl. Add in lowfat milk; stir and let stand 5 min. Add in oil and egg and mix well. Mix flour and baking pwdr and add in to bran mix. Stir till flour is blended or possibly moistened. Spoon into prepared muffin tin. Baqke 15 min and remove from tins immediately.
  2. Makes 12 muffins.
