Ingredients: 1 c. Sugar; 2 stk butter/margarine; 4 c. Flour; 8 x Large eggs; 1 x Glass grape jelly; 1 c. Grape juice; 2 tsp Allspice; 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon; 2 Tbsp. Nutmeg; 1 lb Crystallized cherries; 1 lb Crystallized pineapple; 1 lb Mixed fruits

Ingredientes

1 c. Sugar
2 stk butter/margarine
4 c. Flour
8 x Large eggs
1 x Glass grape jelly
1 c. Grape juice
2 tsp Allspice
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Nutmeg
1 lb Crystallized cherries
1 lb Crystallized pineapple
1 lb Mixed fruits

Direcciones

Cream sugar and butter well. Add in yolks of Large eggs, one at a time. Add in spice, add in jelly, and add in juice. Add in flour plus fruits. Mix in whites of Large eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hrs at 270 degrees F. Can decorate with nuts and fruits if you like.
