Receta Fruit Filled Cookie Sheet Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 - 2 jars or possibly cans fruit filling
Direcciones
- Cream butter, sugar, large eggs and vanilla. Add in flour and baking pwdr. Press 1/2 batter into greased cookie sheet. Spread fruit filling over batter. Drop the remaining batter by spoonfuls over the filling covering the fruit.Note: If you use a pastry bag you can make a lattice type cover instead.
