Ingredientes
- 1 sm Pk sugar free jello *
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 c. Sugar free carbonated bev, Sparkling water or possibly club soda Any flavor Cool *
- 1 c. Fresh fruit, sliced * Mint leaves, optional

- *Choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage.
- (Example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas Or possibly orange gelatin, club soda and mandarine orange sections. You get the idea. (g))
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in beverage.
- Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Add in fruit. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Refrigeratetill hard, about 1 hour. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if you like.
